Record Numbers for Florida Ports

With increases in cargo TEUs, tonnage and revenue, and cruise passengers, it's been an incredible year for Florida's ports. Now that the state's seaports have the infrastructure to accommodate larger ships, we are seeing steady growth year after year.

With $3.3 billion in capital improvements identified at Florida’s seaports over the next five years, we expect these numbers to continue to grow, creating a stable economy for current Floridians and future generations.

See the Port Press Releases section in this newsletter to read more about the growth experienced at individual ports.
