Florida Chamber’s International Trade and Investment Conference

The Florida International Trade and Investment Conference is the only statewide inbound mission program dedicated to promoting Florida as a destination for foreign direct investment (FDI) and developing business to business relationships to grow two-way trade. Designed to bring trade ready Florida businesses, economic development organizations, industry associations with partners in global markets to build business connections and promote investment opportunities in Florida.

The program will present a series of keynotes, panels, workshops and a diverse networking opportunities. FITIC will feature:

Infrastructure Showcase of the Americas

Will serve as a platform for various industry players across the infrastructure ecosystem and serve as a one-stop shop for the information exchange and sharing about infrastructure projects in Latin America and Florida.

Discussion and presentations will focus on projects which are available in Latin America and in Florida as well as opportunities for public-private partnership. The Roundtable will gather different stakeholders from government, multilaterals, developers and private sector to connect partners in the ecosystem and catalyze collaboration.

Tapping Foreign Markets for Florida Exporters

Will provide Florida companies with an understanding of support programs available to them such as grants, SBDC export marketing plans and export financing and would include presentation from the IDB, US trade and development agency, Enterprise Florida and EXIM bank.

Florida Regional Showcase

Will provide economic development organizations and local governments the opportunity to showcase their respective regions to potential investors. What are the benefits of doing business in your region? What assets does your region boats and what opportunities exist for FDI? The Florida Regional Showcase is your opportunity to tell your story.
