Mission
The mission of the Florida Supply Chain Summit is to provide a platform for statewide collaboration among key representatives from industry, professional organizations, government, economic development agencies, and higher education for the purpose of advancing the state of Florida as a global trade hub.
Vision
The Florida Supply Chain Summit facilitates and strengthens partnerships in the supply chain industry by providing opportunities to network, address industry issues, and share knowledge about critical issues including emerging trends, technology innovations, and workforce development.

University of South Florida (USF) Muma College of Business – Center for Supply Chain Management and Sustainability (CSCMS) will facilitate and host a 1 ½ -day conference to bring together key stakeholders. USF CSCMS will collaborate with Port Tampa Bay, Datex International, Florida Chamber Foundation, Florida industry partners and government officials who will sponsor and/or present at the inaugural Florida Logistics Summit in February 2019 at the Contemporary Resort, Orlando, Florida.
Pre-summit Planning 2018
A pre-summit steering committee will engage key stakeholders and decision makers. Working groups will be formed to determine key messages and topics for the 2019 summit. The aim is to develop an attractive platform that enables collaboration among representatives from Florida’s key industries, professional organizations, economic development agencies, government officials, and higher education institutions.
2019 Objective
To bring together professionals in the Florida supply chain industry to educate and update them on trends, technology advances, state infrastructure outlook, and economic development initiatives.
