2020 Site Visit to the Port of Veracruz

The Port of Veracruz, is continuing with its expansion project development and the new container terminal is already operating. At least four new terminals will start operations in 2020.

There exist opportunities in the following sectors:
Architecture, building, construction, design, engineering, and electrical firms
Anti-corrosive coverings and materials
Companies interested in establishing new routes or services between Mexican Ports and other ports
Energy saving products and systems
Environmental friendly products/services
Equipment for fluids, and grains/bulk handling and storing
IT for ports and general businesses
Marine signs, lighting equipment and systems for docks and industrial facilities
Material handling equipment, ports container cranes, heavy materials handling equipment, security          systems
Natural Gas suppliers
Oil & Fuels recovery and cleaning systems
Other products/services that can be used in port cargo activities
Port authorities
Railway signalization and communication systems, station and crossing safety systems
Training to comply with security regulations for cargo facilities and traffic
Upstream oil and gas equipment and services, derricks for oil and gas fields
Visit Includes:
Ground transportation included during the site visit
Site Visit to the indicated Port facilities
Meeting with the API Port authorities and presentation of Official Projects
Meeting with the private Cessionaries at the API Port and learning on Private Projects
Networking lunch with API Port authorities and private Cessionaries
Return to hotel or airport depending each one’s agenda
Participants will need to arrive at the listed ports one day prior to the site visits.
