AASHTO Virtual Annual Meeting & Trade Fair

Location: Virtual

You can expect a quality program in the great tradition of AASHTO Annual Meetings. Many of the sessions associated with an in-person Annual Meeting will continue virtually, including the Council on Highways and Streets, Transportation Policy Forum, and the Board of Directors, among many others.

Additionally, the Meeting will feature a general session with dynamic guest speakers, spotlight sessions focused on Inclusive DOT’s: Incorporating Civil Rights Principles In DOT Programs and Safety Culture Throughout the DOT and exciting awards presentations; as well as a robust series of knowledge sessions covering some of the most important topics facing state DOTs and the transportation industry.

Knowledge sharing and networking is a cornerstone of our in-person meeting. With that in mind, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive and engaging experiences through a dynamic virtual conference platform, Hubilo, brought to you by our AASHTOWare product team. This virtual system has interactive exhibition features and includes abundant occasions for sponsorship exposure, all while attendees connect from the comfort and safety of their home or office.

Educational Opportunities

No matter your experience level, everyone can learn from our industry expert presenters. Expose yourself to a variety of viewpoints while staying on top of new ideas and trends that can impact the future. Your attendance may also earn you Professional Development Hours (subject to your state’s licensing board approval) to maintain your valuable certification.

Please keep track of the various sessions and presentations that you attend. A full participant in this meeting may earn up to 10.5 PDHs by participating in the conference sessions from Monday, November 9 – Friday, November 13. The entire meeting will be recorded and available to registrants to view afterwards. PDHs will not be awarded for viewing the recorded sessions after the conference ends on November 13th.

Continuing education requirements for P.E. license renewal, including what content is accepted, vary from state to state. We strongly recommend that individuals regularly check the state registration board(s) for their specific continuing education requirements that affect P.E. licensure and the ability to renew licensure.

Within thirty (30) days after the end of the conference, the session attendance information will be uploaded into our registration platform CVENT. If your licensing board requires a certificate from AASHTO, you will need to contact AASHTO’s Meetings Department at meetings_inquiry@aashto.org with a formal request.
