Broward County awarded 10-year franchises to Rehoboth Terminal LLC to provide cargo handling and stevedore services at Port Everglades to export used vehicles to Haiti via their sister company, ACCORDIA Shipping. The Broward County Commission unanimously approved these long-term franchises after Rehoboth’s first year of business activity, which boosted the Port’s total automobile volumes by 25 percent over the last year.

“Rehoboth is a small business success story that is having a significant impact here at Port Everglades,” said Port Everglades Chief Executive and Port Director Jonathan Daniels. “Our Commissioners recognize this terrific accomplishment and has commended Rehoboth publicly for their growth in a new market.”
